\nThis building is modeled from a real building that was tore down.\u00a0 I restore the front to how it was originally.\u00a0 It was from Boonville, Indiana.<\/div>\n
The model measures about 4.5″ deep with sidewalk, about 2.5″ tall and about 1.5″ wide.<\/div>\n
I tried to get all the detail that the real building had and it has turned out very nice.<\/div>\n

The kit is (3) pieces base, walls and roof. You do not need to use the base if you already have a system that you use with sidewalks. This is just there for people that are just starting out.<\/div>\n

These are 3D resin printed, high detail models.\u00a0 But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!
\nThese may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
\nTo help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
\nThe sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
\nThese are not painted.All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it.
\nIt is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water.We try to pack really well and generally as follows.
\nSmall pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
\nLarger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
\nOn really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.<\/p>\n
