Fine details to add interest to your freight train with these N-Scale Oil Storage Tanks!
This is a set of 2 Large Oil Storage tanks in 2 different heights, but the same diameter. One tank is 2 inches tall and the other tank is about 3 inches tall.
2 different sizes are include because often these sites have different size storage for different quantities of liquids being stored.
These tanks are used at oil refineries to store raw oil, and finished fuels and oils.
These tanks are used at just fuel storage facilities.
On the tank or piping take offs to add piping that would go to the loading or unloading area and a control panel that would have info on whats inside the tank. There is a spiral staircase on the outside and handrails around the top.
This model is in 2 pieces the tank and the roof.

These N-Scale Oil Storage Tanks are 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!
These may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
To help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted.
These are ready to paint models.
All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it.
It is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water.
Small pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
Larger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
On really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.
