What scales do you offer?
Whistle Stop Models specializes in N Scale, but many of our products are also available in HO, Z, O, and S Scales with some designs available in G and T Gauge.
How do I know which scale I need?
Your model accessories should match the scale of your layout. Common Scales include:

Can a model be produced in a different scale?
Possibly! Some designs can be resized, but not every model will print correctly in every scale. Contact us with the product name and scale you need, and we’ll let you know what is possible.
What materials are your models made from?
Our models are 3D printed using resin or PLA, depending on the design and level of detail required.
What color will my model be?
Our standard color is typically gray, but the exact shade may vary based on material availability. Because our models are intended to be painted, color variations do not affect the quality or use of the model.
Are models painted or unpainted?
Unless otherwise state in the product description, our models arrive unpainted and ready for you to customize.
Do models arrive assembled?
Some product arrive fully assembled, while others may include separate pieces that require assembly. Please read the individual product description to see exactly what is included.
Are all the items show in the product photos included?
Only the items specifically listed in the product description are included. Painted models, scenery, vehicles, figures, track, and other layout elements may be shown for inspiration and are not included unless otherwise stated.
Why might my model look slightly different from the photos?
Because our products are 3D printed, slight variations in color, surface texture, or minor print markings may occur. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each model slightly unique.
