Description
Fine details to add interest to your freight train!
N-Scale Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
This lighthouse in real life is 210 feet tall, we have used selective compression to make the N scale version a little smaller as 210 scale feet in N scale is taller them most people want on their layout.
This Model is 9.5 inches tall and will be a focal point on your layout.
This model is the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse but you can use it in any setting as this is a pretty standard lighthouse design.
This model is a rework of a file created by estlinhaiss and is licensed under the Creative Commons – Attribution licensed.
This file was not created as a model train scenery piece and it is wonderful that estlinhaiss released it and we are able to bring it to the model train community.

These are 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!
These may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
To help remove printing sprus wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted.
All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it.
It is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water. We try to pack really well and generally as follows.
Small pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
Larger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
On really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.
