N Scale Houses Set of 2 N6011

This is (2) houses, one has handrails and one does not.

Some other details are moved around to make them look a little bit different but that they would have been build by the same builder from the same plan set.

$30 which is $15 each for the set of 2 – a great deal for such highly detailed houses.

I based these models off of a real house in Evansville, IN.

Modeling took many hours of work and then there were many revisions to get it to the point where it prints good and has the level of detail I demand in my offerings.

We ship orders on Tuesdays through Friday.
Do not expect shipping outside of these days.
Sometimes, if orders are high, we will ship on other days if we can.

These are 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!
These may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
To help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted.

All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it.
It is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water.

Small pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
Larger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
On really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.
