This building is modeled from a old Waffle Hosue that went out of business and became another restaurant. Something that you see happening all over the country, the name is different but the look of the building is similar. We have all seen buildings be repurposed and that is what this represents.

These are 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!

To help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted but are ready to paint models.

All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it.
It is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water.

We try to pack really well and generally as follows.
Small pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
Larger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
On really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.
