This new ALF (Amanda Lynn Freight) Depot is where you can deliver rail freight to and load on a truck or vice versa.
This small depot is typical of what small downtown depots were in the mid 1900s and can fit in to just about any area on a layout with the small foot print of the building.
This set includes:
The building
The floor section for inside the warehouse part
2 sets of doors to make a closed door or a open door
A Forklift
A propane rack for the forklift
Noted features:
The Office area has Windows and Doors with trim that is easy to paint, as well as a wall AC/Heater unit, roof top parking lot lights.
Docks have Handrails and Steps
Warehouse has wide docks for the forklift, 3 garage doors with doors able to be open and or closed, Utility meters, door trim, truck bumpers, wall lights and roof top vents.
The forklift has nice details like the strobe light on the top.

This N-Scale ALFX Depot is 3D resin printed, high detail models. But as resin is delicate, if they do break all you have to do is use thick super glue to put them together again – but I’m sure you already know that being an hobbiest like you are!
These may come on printing sprues, shipping sprues, or already apart.
To help remove printing sprues wash part under hot water to warm it up.
The sprues are the smallest connecting points on the model and will break off easy, especially when warmed up.
These are not painted but are ready to paint models.
All of these models are cured before being shipped, in rare cases a model may arrive with some residue on it. It is not uncured resin but dirty alcohol wash residue and can be washed off in warm soapy water.
We do Combine Shipping, ask us for a discount if it does not do it automatically.

We ship orders on Tuesdays through Friday.
Do not expect shipping outside of these days.
Sometimes, if orders are high, we will ship on other days if we can.
Returns Accepted with in 14 days for refund.
We try to pack really well and generally as follows.
Small pieces are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope if the part is solid enough to not be smashed.
Larger order or pieces with fragile parts will be in a small box inside a bubble wrap envelope.
On really large orders we ship using boxes and wrap each piece if needed to protect the pieces inside the box.
